Two die as rainy spell continues in country

QUETTA: The wet spell continues in various parts of the country as two persons were killed in rain-related incidents and dozens villages inundated by the flood water. Heavy rainfall with windstorm continued in Quetta and most parts of northern Balochistan. The continuous rainfall has caused flooding in rainwater drains in Qalat and Bolan Pass, while several mud houses were collapsed in the flood. Two persons were killed and over 20 wounded in district Shikarpur in Sindh due to collapse house rooftops and walls after continued downpour for 18 hours.
