Senate requisitioned session today

ISLAMABAD: The Senate will meet today at 5:00 pm with Chairman Mohammedmian Soomro in chair. The session of the upper house requisitioned by the opposition will discuss price hike, power load shedding and the law and order. The government and opposition alliances will hold meetings to set strategies for the session before opening of the session. It is first session of the Senate requisitioned by the opposition after the Peoples Party led alliance came into power.
