Two die in New Delhi anti terror raidNEW DELHI: Two persons were killed and three wounded in a shootout between police and terrorists in Jamia Nagar area of New Delhi on Friday.
According to reports police was cued that a suspect of Mumbai and New Delhi serial bombings Tauqeer Qureshi was holed up with his accomplices in a double-storey building of Jamia Nagar locality.
The police cordoned off the building and opened operation to arrest the accused linked to a terrorist outfit Harkat-ul-Mujahideen.
Two persons were killed in the shootout, while two policemen were wounded.
