Sports minister endorse Twenty20 squadCOLOMBO: Sri Lanka's sports minister Gamini Lokuge has ratified a 15-man squad for the Canada Cup Four Nation 20/20.
The squad is the same as announced earlier this month and does not include wicketkeeper batsman Indika de Saram, who had complained about his exclusion despite good performances in local competitions.
The squad selected for the tournament does not include a specialist wicketkeeper. Tillakaratne Dilshan will stand in for Kumar Sangakkara, who had undergone a finger surgery in Australia.
