
KARACHI (Bali): The LPG prices reached upto the highest-ever level of Rs 81 per kg on Tuesday, as the Marketing Companies increased the LPG prices by six to seven rupees per kg.Chairman LPG Distribution Association Abdul Hadi Khan told ARY OneWorld that after the raise in rates, the 11.8 kg cylinder will cost Rs 800 in Sindh, Rs 765 in Punjab and Rs 775 in NWFP.He said that the organized cartel of LPG producers has raised the prices of local-manufactured LPG arguing the increase in crude oil prices in international market.He said the producers increased the rates four times in the first month of the current fiscal that poses severe crisis to the LPG market.
